One of the basic needs for starting a business is to get some information about the business. Therefore, OSAA considered some activities for small businesses trainings and has the responsibility of raising awareness on starting and running a business for 11 vocations in Ansari’s vocational center in cooperation with the Help Organization.
The capacity building programs on small businesses will be taught in 7 chapters that group/individual activities and watching business related videos are also a part of the teaching materials.
The class’s syllabus is prepared based on the students’ needs as following:
- Start a business
- First order
- Finance Management
- Marketing
- Following the Seles
- Development of business
- New Product
It worth to be mention that all the needed materials for the class and the students will be provided by OSAA and funded by the Help Organization and Unicef , and all the services are free of charges for the trainees.
Teaching small businesses is not the only priority for the OSAA Organization as it covers the capacity building and raising awareness programs such as: field exposure – inviting guest speakers (Successful cases and successful employers) for the lecture programs as well. How to find a loan from bank, preparing CV) and work plan (work plans are divided into three parts, which are: individual, group and employment plan) , creating job opportunities and internship periods for the students are also included in the OSAA Organization’s activities.
The OSAA tends to make a platform for trainees for being indepandant businessman through supporting the entrepreneurs and small Businesses.
