This project was implemented by Organization for Sustainable Aid in Afghanistan – OSAA with the financial support of HELP Germany International Organization in Herat city and districts during the years 2020-2022. Through this project, the OSAA organization covered 2300 trainees and graduates of the HELP TVET projects and facilitate their employment process.
The Role of the Employment and Entrepreneurship Services Center of OSAA in implementing this project:
In accordance with the contents of the AFG105 project and in order to better implement this project, the Employment and Entrepreneurship Services Center (EESC) of OSAA organization provided the following main activities in the field of employment services:
1. Supporting and facilitating job services for the beneficiaries of the Help-UNICEF project;
۲. Supporting the Employers withholding technical training for them;
3. Small Business Training for all beneficiaries of the AFG105 project;
4. Updating the EESC database;
5. Doing Research and market studies regarding marketer professions in Herat province;
6. Holding TVET and employment roundtables.
Major activities of the EESC during the implementation of this Project:
The Employment and Entrepreneurship Center of OSSA launches supplementary training and counseling courses during the six-month training courses and also after the graduation of trainees, and introduces technical and vocational graduates and general job seekers to the labor market and companies to Provide employment opportunities for them.

3. Tracer Studies of the graduated beneficiaries of the project
